The location is excellent, very close to Cavancha Beach. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the daily cleaning service was very good. There is also a Unimarc supermarket nearby, which was very convenient. Overall, we had a pleasant experience.
Adding a kettle and a microwave to the room would make the stay even better, especially for preparing breakfast, tea, or coffee.

Soy huésped frecuente y puedo decir que debería mejorar la calidad de quien atiende en recepción, en una ocasión anterior me fueron a tocar la puerta a las 6 de la mañana porque querían hacerme pagar extra algo que al final ni siquiera se me debía cobrar, y en esta ultima visita NO ME RESPETARON EL PRECIO DE BOOKING y me hicieron pagar dos veces (de ser así me habría alojado en otro lugar) ademas que la misma recepcionista que me toco la puerta a horas imprudentes la vez anterior es muy poco hospitalaria, cada vez que me vio me recordó a la hora que me debía retirar, asi uno se siente muy mal acogido
