Fantastic place, easy to get into, the information on check in was simple and we really enjoyed our time there. Wish we could have stayed longer as it was very close to everything but we were just passing through on holiday. The beds were very comfy and the facilities were very comfy which made it feel like home for us. It was also wonderful to wake up and my daughter see the snow and a few bunnies hopping around.

Location was great, easy walk down to the main strip of shops. Room was tidy and comfortable with a nice quietness around us.

Email communication prior to our arrival was good. Communication regarding the access code was good.
The apartment requires a tap to be left running in the bathroom at all times to prevent the water lines freezing during cold spells. This however did not prevent the line to the shower freezing. We were given access to an adjourning apartment to use the shower, however I am not sure what would have happened had this apartment been occupied. We noted that this apartment also required a tap to be left running to prevent freezing of the lines. We acknowledge that the night/morning temperatures were low during this period (-4/-5C) however we would question the suitability of these apartments for rental in the winter season.
