it's close to the airport and the staff is kind
there's no drinkable water in the room. also the wifi is very bad. they need to fix the wifi signals within the room.

A quiet place, and that was the first time for me, in a major city in the Philippines. First time I got a duvet in the low-budget accommodation category I travel in, so that was great. The room was clean and of sufficient size
