It was close to all amenities
Sadly when we arrived I found finger nail clippings next to main bed room side table. We found carpets and floors very dirty. When we were busy leaving we always like to clean when we done and found no vacuum. We also arrived with 3 big 4x4 and struggled to get into garage to park one of the vehicles.

Proximity to a lot of shops and the beaches
Awesome view (seeing the kangaroos as well)
- Only the main guest bathroom was provided with body wash, shampoo and conditioner.
- No lotion provided
- Some bugs (not a major issue as it seemed unavoidable)
- Wish all rooms had aircons instead ( not a major issue the fans were more than enough)

Very modern and nice outdoor area
No bin in the toilet,

Garden was unkempt.
No BBQ facilities.
Main shower blocked with hair.
Minimal dinnerware. Only enough plates for 6 people.Cutlery also.
No champagne glasses.
Reticulation broken near back garage door.Flooding the side.
Property needs some TLC.
