Location near old town, central to restaurants, supermarkets. Easy walking in area. Washing machine. Courtyard area with cover. Bathroom. Managed to get early check in which was much appreciated.
Better indoor seating would enhance comfort, especially if hot or wet outdoors.

No breakfast.
Bedroom needs air conditioning , not just dehumidifier. TV didn't work. Coffee maker also. Apart from that, we liked the apartment. Comfortable and good design

We had a lovely stay overall and would happily return. The apartment is in a great location within walking distance of Split Old Town, with a comfortable bed, powerful shower, spacious interior, and well-equipped kitchen. There were a couple of issues with the air conditioning, but hopefully these will be resolved soon and shouldn’t take away from what is otherwise a great place to stay.
There is only one air conditioning unit, located in the lounge, and the two small dehumidifiers unfortunately didn’t do much to help with the August heat. The bedroom was quite hot at night, making it difficult to sleep.
The lounge AC was also leaking heavily and was quite noisy as it dripped, making it difficult to use for longer than a few minutes. We did make the Host aware so I'm sure this will be fixed soon.

Mooi en leuk terras.
Sfeervol ingericht.
Complete keuken.
We misten een tafel en stoelen om binnen te kunnen zitten bij regen/kou.
Het toilet trok niet altijd door, maar dat werd als het goed is opgelost.
Veel geluid van de buren (huilende baby's en gillende kinderen)
