Lovely few days in Athens

Great location for easy walks to restaurants and bars. Clean and comfortable. Air con works a treat. Good facilities. Able to leave the key in a lock box on the door to enable our group of 5 adults to come and go easily. Check in was superb, she was waiting at the door!

Couldn't find any replacement bags for the bins but maybe we just didn't look hard enough

I had a generally pleasant stay at Neoclassical

Spacious and comfortable. Convenient location

There were cooking utensils but no cooking facilities. The noise from the room above was a bit disturbing. There was a brief power cut when a fuse tripped but it was dealt with promptly., I had to wait a long time to check in even after arranging a precise time.

I would never stay here again.

The only good thing is that the apartment is in the center.

We had a very bad and unpleasant experience. You can't see it in the picture, but behind the big curtain there is a huge door from an elevator that is not shown anywhere on the booking, until you see it in person you think that behind it is a window or a kitchen. When I said that this is not right because if I had seen this in the pictures, I would never have booked this apartment as a girl, which was not cheap at all for 2 nights, they did not even apologize or try to solve the problem. Whatever I said, they kept repeating nonstop that it was a staff elevator and that it wasn't used, to which I told them that I'm not crazy, that I know what it's used for, and that they don't answer me nonstop with the same answers, but rather try to solve the problem, for example, give me the key to that door while I'm there so that I can at least feel a little bit safe. The man said that he does not use it and that he does not know if he has a key, which was not clear to me because the man is the owner of the apartment, how could he not have a key. I said that if they don't get the key, I won't stay here. The conversation lasted 15 minutes because of the persuasion. When I said that if they don't get the key, I won't stay in the apartment, they created it in 3 minutes. Also, there was another door that is not shown in the picture for the fire escape, but it had a key. The apartment was not clean, there were things scattered in the drawers in the kitchen, remains of towels, mortar was falling off all the walls in the toilet, the toilet door could not be closed, the isolation is catastrophic, you can hear everything from the street, it is very noisy, there was some small black hair on the sink in the toilet, there was a orange stain on one towel. I will leave pictures of what I managed to photograph because of the stress I experienced. I would never choose this apartment again or recommend it to anyone.

The shower curtain is very light and would intrude into the shower space with the slightest breeze.
