The apartment is clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully arranged with everything you need and also has a very big terrace (with a nice view over the mountains).
Panagiotis is an attentive and reliable host - you can reach out to him anytime if you need something.
The area is quiet and peaceful and the access is straightforward, as the apartment is easy to reach from the main road, and parking is convenient.

Nice location in a calm village with a coffee shop, a mini market, a patisserie and a butchery with buffalo products just a few minutes away. Many nests of storks around. View to the misterious mountains. The studio is new and has all the facilities needed. I would come back for sure!

Very kind and communicative host, helped me with tips to explore the lake etc. Very easy to check in. Amazing views from the terrace.
Mattress could have been a bit more comfy.

The Location is great, very close to the Lake Kerkini. The host is great, very communicative offers suggestions for nearby locations to visit or eat at.
There was an issue with the water heater, so we had no hot water the first day. However, the host was very responsive and managed to arrange an electrician to fix it as soon as possible.
He even offered a small reimbursement, so at the end everything was great.
