The Vila garden is beautiful and inside safe compound also vila is big and comfortable
Lack of some cleaning although cleaning stuff is available however you have to do it by yourself

The location is decent, close to the city and close to all facilities.
The watchman is often not available. It is difficult to find any help there on the property. The property manager/owner did not visit once for check in help or any support. The neighbor's dogs kept barking making it extremely noisy. Dogs were in their homes but they kept making noises. The compound has very little light on the streets so at night you find it difficult to move around. Sofas were dirty, one of the AC was not working. The house was closed for some time so it smelled like moisture. The property manager had to payment machine or bank account so I had to transfer them through a friends wallet which was very difficult for me. Price for the facilities is very high.
