The location was so close to the old town and looked out right over the Riva to the water. There is an elevator to help get your bags to the room, which we did not expect but truly appreciated. There was an issue with the hot water on our first morning, but the owners responded quickly and resolved the issue in less than an hour. Overall this is a great place.
We had seen reviews stating that the club downstairs could be noisy, and we came expecting to hear voices late at night on the street, which we can usually sleep through. What we didn’t anticipate was the club downstairs blasting their music with the bass on high until at least 1 am. Even on the top floor with the windows shut, the music was tough to sleep through. Thankfully we were able to convert our phone to a white noise machine, and that worked. So bring ear plugs or a sound machine and you should be ok.

"The location and view are superb - you walk out of the front door onto the Riva and can see it and the sea from the apartment window. You're just into the pedestrian area of Split Old Town.
