Outstanding! This is very top class guest house from my experience. Very quiet location, beautiful environment, extraordinary decoration, high-end fucilities, A class cleaness, host is very friendly and help me to find local taxi number. Big parking space with E-charging facilities. Bath and shower in the bathroom, center air conditioning, BBQ oven in a very large garden. Most important, SUPER fast internet speed!!! I google their router, which cost £200+ with one extension. Unbelievable! It is regret that I couldn't enjoy all of these since I was on a business trip. Highly suggest to families (especially couple with two kids).
Nothing. But I do have a small suggestion. Due the location is a little bit far from the town, if the guests arrive late, say after 9pm, there will be hard to have breakfast on the follwing day. If the host could provide some simple food, such as one bottle of milk, a few slice break, a few eggs and some cereals, that would be great, and when the guests arrived, found some food in property, would gerenate a strong home feeling. Just my personal suggestion anyway.

Nice and big, comfortable, beautiful rural location, very friendly hosts, EV charging available, meeting their adorable dogs, breakfast basket on arrival with milk, juice, cereal, bread, butter, crisps and biscuits was a lovely touch.
It needs a bit of maintenance, broken kitchen cupboards, plumbing leak under the sink (assured the plumber would be called) and a loose toilet seat. Very poor WiFi signal, unusable really, which sometimes made holiday planning a little difficult.

Quiet, absolutely dog friendly. Very comfortable bed.
Owners went the extra mile in forwarding a medicines container that I had left.
On our visit the hob was not working - but that is to miss the point of Annie Dees which devotes its energies towards the individual comfort of its guests and its commitment to providing dog friendly accommodation.

Pas grand chose
Fenêtre chambre donnant sur un cagibi fermé. Lavabo et miroir salle de bain minuscules.eclairage très faible. Pas de brossé à WC.. un faitout rouillé à l interieur..les poubelles du propriétaire au niveau de la fenêtre de la cuisine
