About this house rental

Welcome to a very nice and quiet gated golfing community and beautiful home for a relaxing getaway. This home offers 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, an office space for working at home along with a murphy bed for extra sleeping accommodations. Located 10 minutes from historic Port Isabel and 15 minutes to South Padre Island beach, this home is a great home base for vacationers visiting South Padre Island area.
Some extra amenities are a ping pong table for guests to enjoy and bumper pool table/poker table room. A screen porch for relaxing and birdwatching . Guests will also get to enjoy community pool, tennis courts and easy access to golf course.

Great house! Owner is very responsive to questions and is very nice to work with. House was very clean and well maintained. Great central location for all the things we wanted to do. Quiet neighborhood! Would definitely stay there again.
