The house felt like home, and close to everything.

Very well maintained home that was well laid out and fit our needs perfectly. Two bedrooms and a lovely remodeled bathroom that was very nice. House sits on a spacious lit with great little porch to chill out and have a glass of wine. Kitchen and eating space are one and quite cozy. Very clean and accommodating home with a great owner with whom we did meet on our stay. Lots of parking and very quiet neighborhood made our stay a very comfortable experience.

We had the perfect stay in this house, it had everything that we needed. So much better than a hotel room, its just like being at home, we all loved our stay. Thank you Kim it was perfect.

This place was so cozy and clean, I absolutely loved it. It was inviting and clean and had A/C which was awesome! The neatest part was the guest book and plaque that guests could sign :) Next time we go to Sudbury we will definitely be staying here if its available!!

This house feels like you are walking into someone's home that invited you to stay with them, rather than just some generic vacation rental. It just feels warm and inviting and has the charm of a happy home. A very clean and neat home! Despite being an older house, it has obviously been very well cared for and modernized and renovated where needed. The radiator heat worked perfectly and unlike other places we have stayed, never varied by more than 1 degree. Very cozy! The bigger bed was very comfortable (didn't try the other, but it looked great too). The main bedroom is roomy and has great black out shades for those of us that like to sleep in. There are extra pillows and blankets and everything else you might want. Although we did not cook other than using the toaster, the kitchen was very well appointed to cook a full meal if needed. Love having a Kuerig machine for fresh and easy coffee, but there is a regular drip machine too. Nice extras like spices and condiments too. Even some fresh stuff in the fridge, but I assume that varies based on who stayed last... LOL Both bathrooms were great. The half bath is small but very modern, and even with only two of us, so nice to have a spare! The 3/4 bath is roomy for a house of this vintage, and very modern. The shower is awesome, roomy with a sliding glass door, a good shower head and plenty of very hot water. Shampoo and conditioner provided is a nice touch. There was a bunch of other personal supplies in the bath too, more than I have seen in any vacation rental before. Plenty of towels too. The living room is cozy with 2 comfortable love seats and a big TV. It is a Roku TV so you can setup your any of your streaming services using your own accounts. The host's Netflix account was already active which was nice. The driveway is huge by Sudbury standards, room for at least 6 cars. Pro tip: if it is snowing, save yourself some shoveling and don't pull all the way forward. (Ask me how I know... LOL) There was both a snow shovel and one of those big blue snow scoop things, the latter of which makes clearing the walk and driveway a whole lot faster. Overall, this rates as one of the very nicest vacation rentals we have ever stayed in. Kim the host was extremely responsive and more proactive than any host before. She made sure we got in ok, then followed up to make sure we had everything we needed and any questions answered. This is a great place and highly recommended!
