Value for money. Recommend for short stay. We were staying just for the night.
Had to climb stairs. Got odd smell in the hallway. Not much amenities.

It was clean and easily accessible from the highway. Close to amenities and college
The pillows were not standard size and the bathroom door was squeaky. The road noise was also a bit of an issue.

Location.
I'm 75 yrs old and a 2nd fl, no elevator, room was booked for me. Also it was a long weekend but breakfast service was already finished before 10am. The desk person said long weekend or not Mon is a weekday!!

Not much
Room smelt funky.
Found debris under bed as I reached for something. Scone in stairway had a used kleenex which was there for a long time... Couldn't request a ground floor room due to second party booking, as my lower back was badly aching. Was told i needed to contact hotel directly for request. Not a good experience. Stayed at this establishment 20 years ago and was amazing. I realize things change, but please make an effort to keep up to competition. Updating the outside appearance does nothing for comfortable stay. Breakfast included was a shame.. I've stayed at many other hotels at a cheaper rate that were much better... overpriced!!!
