We had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay at this hotel. The location was convenient, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming and family-friendly. The staff were friendly and welcoming throughout our stay, which made the experience even better. There is also a basketball court beside the hotel, which was a nice bonus for enjoying a quick game with the family.
The swimming pool is a little on the smaller side, but it was clean and perfectly good for some light swimming and relaxation. Overall, we had a pleasant experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to families looking for a comfortable stay in a nice location.
The main area that could be improved is the weekday breakfast service. During the weekend, the breakfast experience was great, with reasonable hours until 10:00 AM and good service.
However, on Monday, breakfast was available only from 6:00 AM to 9:00 AM, which can be quite early and inconvenient for families travelling with children. We arrived around 8:00 AM, but unfortunately, many of the breakfast items were already finished and were not replenished. As a result, we had to make do with whatever food was still available.
It would be great if the hotel could reconsider its weekday breakfast policy—either by extending the hours slightly or, at the very least, ensuring that all breakfast items are adequately replenished until the advertised closing time. This would make the experience much more family-friendly.

Located in a safe area of Sudbury, clean, good parking. Included breakfast was much better than most. Comfy beds and powerful shower.

Spacious separated spaces. Great for families with kids.
The pull out sofa bed can feel like sleeping on springs unless you pad it with some thick comforters. We used at least 5 or 6.

The space the room had to offer. Small apt vibe with full functional kitchen.
Pillows needs to be upgraded. The heat in the room should of been put on before arrival. It was very damp in the room and the bedding were damp as well.
The pool also needs an upgrade. The liner is extremely dirty. We also found bugs in the water so we couldn't enjoyed the pool.
The carpet area was extremely dirty and stained.
Definitely not worth 400$ per night.
