Nestled in Deep Creek Lake, this charming house for $700 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. Reel Paradise is a new construction home that was built to be a vacation paradise! Starting with the setting, this home boasts a large lakefront along quiet Caramel Cove, the perfect place for swimming and kayaking along serene waters. Unlike other areas of the lake, this cove is one of the quietest with regards to boat traffic and large wakes. As you explore this large lakefront lot, you'll enjoy use of the lake-facing fire pit, several large outdoor dining sets, the grill, and the amazing hot tub. If you want to enjoy lake living at its finest, this home helps you do just that! Inside, enjoy a home that is beautifully and soundly built with tons of amazing features. The Wifi is strong throughout the house, with extenders to help spread the signal to all corners, and there is even a large dedicated desk just off the dining area. The lower level game room is the perfect spot to enjoy family movie night or catch a football game, with a large Smart TV and sectional, as well as a wet bar, pool table, and gas fireplace, making it the perfect setting to come together for fun. All in all, Reel Paradise has all your favorite vacation amenities, while also accounting for all the little details that help make a stay great. There is even an EV charger in front of the house! Location Highlights: This home is within walking distance of the beautiful Deep Creek Lake State Park, curtesy of a walking path to the state park at the start of the neighborhood. The state park has a sandy swimming beach, lots of grills and tables for lakeside picnics, fishing spots, walking trails, and more! Within a five minute drive, you will also find area restraints like Dutch's at Silver Tree, Ace's Run, Uno's Bar and Grill, as well as the Honi Honi bar, The Harbor Bar, and the Lakeside Creamery and more! Sleeping Arrangements: 4 king beds, 1 queen bed, two raised twin beds **Boating Advisory: Two important things to note 1) Due to variable water levels and a low bridge into the cove entrance, some boating restrictions apply. Most pontoons or speed boats with towers cannot be docked at the home (especially hard-top pontoons). You may not be able to get the pontoon under the bridge to access the cove and the home's dock. The Aquatic Center is a local marina that can rent pontoons without canopies that can be driven under the bridge and docked at the house. Just call and tell them you are renting with Red Barn Vacations in Carmel Cove (the name of the cove) and need a pontoon capable of accessing the cove. They are great to work with! 2) The owners keep their boat docked in the center slip.That boat is not available for renter use. Renters may dock boats on either side of the dock, without a problem. ** * Winter Advisory: Deep Creek is a mountainous region that experiences more snowfall and ice than you may be used to. In general, many roads and driveways can be steep. 4WD/AWD vehicles are advised in the winter months. This home has a short but steep driveway and 4WD/AWD is a requirement in the winter months.*

This house is gorgeous inside and out! It was a perfect location to enjoy all that deep creek has to offer. We enjoyed the proximity to the state park as well as the firepit on the property. Great house for extended family to spend time together!

We stayed here with a group of 10 women. The house is fresh and clean with modern appliances and amenities and well stocked with utensils and kitchenware. The layout was perfect to accomodate our size adult group with mostly king beds in all the rooms and plenty of bathrooms to share. We were able to fit all ten of us around the table for dinner. More than ten adults would have made dining and sleeping arrangements a little snug. There is a hallway fouton and a bunk that would work well for children. The bunk is best suited for one person due to a low ceiling on one side. The outside decks were wonderful with plenty of seating and areas for dining. The hot tub was immaculate and very easy to use. We loved the firepit and appreciated how well lit the exterior steps down to it were at night. This location on the lake can't be beat with very little boat traffic and in a no-wake zone. Like most homes on the lake, the lot is sloped. Be prepared for a driveway and yard that are on the steep side. Once you're at the water, launching kayaks, etc is a breeze from the shore or dock. There is also a super cute and convenient store for snacks, ice and firewood right at the end of the street. Highly recommend a stay here!

Wonderful new home. Well stocked with everything you need. The only negative we have is that the mattresses were way too firm. The house was like a Ritz Carlton, well done, but the beds were like Camping on a Rock.

We loved our stay at Reel Paradise! The house was extremely clean and inviting. It easily accommodated our families and there was plenty of space to be together or separate! The kitchen was well stocked. The location and lake views were beautiful, especially the morning that we woke up with it snowing. We really enjoyed this house and would definitely stay there again. As usual, red barn was extremely communicative and helpful!
