适合一家人入住的完美场所

服务：全程管家Mariam都在whatsapp沟通和对接，保障无缝入住。入住期间也是有求必应，最后退房还让延迟了一小时，非常感谢；地理位置：在新开罗，打车到cfc比较近，cfc基本一应俱全，吃的喝的都有，我们还买了patchi巧克力，1600埃镑一公斤，比机场划算太多了；还去旁边3公里的中国餐厅吃了一顿，也很好吃；打车到机场半小时不到，比较方便；设施：公寓3室3厅3卫，将近200方，现代风格装修，简洁大气，我们三个女生一人一间刚好；打扫的非常干净，冰箱里有各种吃的，还有薯片饼干，厨具、餐具、洗衣机、垃圾桶都很齐全，如果自己会做饭，他们甚至还有油和盐；卫生间设备也很齐全，房间有落地窗，睡的舒服；

貌似没有吹风机，200美金的价格也还是有点小贵

i way not happy

they told me there was a double booking and no apartments available and shifted me to another location fare from the location that I already booked through booking and sent me an invoice for less than I paid through booking

احلى واجمل اقامه بمصر ام الدنيا 🥹🫰🏼

والله اعجز عن التعبير 🥹🥹 وش اقول وش اخلي !! هو تعامل هو رقي هو ذوق ..والله على كثر ماسافرت وسكنت بأوتيلات فايف ستار بس عمري مالقيت مثل هالذوق بالتعامل 👍🏼 بالنسبه للشقه موقعها بطل بطل وقريب من كل الاماكن والمطاعم الجديده😍👏🏼 وبالنسبه للاثاث مثل الصور كوبي بست 👏🏼👏🏼 الاثاث راقي جدا ونظيف نظيف ماشاءالله .. المطبخ متوفر فيه كل الادوات الي نحتاجها للطبخ 👍🏼 ودورات المياه بعد فيها الشامبو والشاور جل والمناشف وكل شي ،، مهما تكلمت ماراح اوفيهم حقهم .. والشكر موصول للذوق كله الكسندرا العسل ماقصرت معانا ابد … والشكر بعد للاخ محمد الي كان بخدمتنا بكل الاوقات … موفقين ♥️

A great comfy place for a big group!

This was a great spacious place for our team to use as home base for a business trip. It had well-designed and comfortable rooms, great open living room, great kitchen, had all amenities, free snacks and coffee / juices, and extremely receptive and helpful host. Everything was perfect! A wonderful and easy place and there are dining and shopping very close, within walking distance across the street, which makes it so easy!

اثاث مودرن وديكور جميل من ناحية التنسيق والألوان شبابيك كبيرة دخول اضاءة بالمكان مدخل الشقق جميل واستقبال متعاونين وسريعين بالخدمة في حال طلبتهم قرب المكان من اغلب المجمعات في القاهرة الجديدة .. حجزنا غرفة وحدة مع صاله وكانت وسيعة جداً 👍🏼 والشقة كذلك كانت نظيفة جداً

صوت الكلاب في بعض الاحيان يكون مسموع وكذلك الاصوات من الشقة الجانبية .. لابد من عمل عزل لكامل الشقق الالواح تحت مرتبة السرير غير ثابته طاحت مرتين وطلبتهم وعدلوها على طول ورجعت طاحت بعد ،الافضل تغيير السرير بالكامل

Bed room AC is so noisy, kitchen drawers were broken, kids room drawers were also unfixed, no house keeping

Nice place but need more attention for customers

The place is very clean and amenities is good. But they housekeeping service is one time although I stayed there one week.

I asked front desk if i can delay my check out time but I was rejected although no customers were waiting. Moreover, they delay my check in without obvious reason and the apartment was in front of me and there excuse was cleaning.

An oasis - felt like a retreat when we got back after each adventure out.

Spacious, clean, modern, secure and conveniently located. Everywhere we wanted to go was a relatively easy, cheap Uber away. Helpful, considerate staff Food services directly opposite and close to a major mall. Not in a tourist area and not chaotic - calm

It’s a hidden gem in New Cairo. Beautifully designed, yet very homey and comfortable. Always smells fantastic, and very clean. Alex is very warm and welcoming, and so is tue entire team. Thank you for making us feel so welcome 🙏🏻

Excellent!

The apartment was clean, all the needed amenities were available. Coffee machine and Tea are available. The host was generous with the amount of water and soft drinks available for free, the place it self had a lobby area with a very modern and concentrated design. We stayed for a day but i would totally recommend it for longer stays since the kitchen was fully equipped with dishwasher and all the cutlery required, the checkin was also smooth!

the place furniture designs and colors the place is will equipped it’s in a nice and safe place modern and artistic

first part they toled me that some one will do the check in and out with me .. in the check in I had to wait then they assigned the job to the security , and when check out no one showed at all and I had to go to the airport. second part the room ac was so hot , the bidet didn’t work and they had to call some one for the wifi device the manger refused to pay me back my early check out (refund ), even though I contacted with them about my early check out via booking and they said it’s ok .. they took 2 nights price when I was already not on the hotel

perfect thank you so much for making my stay very comfortable and enjoyable

it’s so luxurious and beautiful, I enjoyed every moment at this place. staff are so friendly, welcoming and helpful. great location close to a lot of things such as a shop just few seconds by walk, and so many restaurants around you will definitely not be able to visit all of them. it’s also close to couple of malls.
