The rooms are very well done. My room was spacious and very clean with awesome city and partial sea view.
Location is very ideal. Very close to the mall. The hotel has several restaurants for dining. The Seven Sports Bar is definitely one of a kind.
Big shout out to Faith for the awesome service
Enjoyed my 4 days and definitely coming back soon.

Fantastic all round hotel, always so clean and well maintained on a daily basis. Breakfast was nice with good options that varied on a daily, staff very friendly and polite. Room cleaning always finished when you return from breakfast. Rooftop infinity pool was very underrated, panoramic views of JBR and Palm on other side. Very good location, close to JBR and walking distance to West beach. Would definitely return!

Our 2 nights stay at the One-Bedroom upgrade was really Amazing, Spacious, Clean and the Hotel is accessible/walking distance to the Palm Jumeirah Mall and it’s Monorail station. The Breakfast options are Intercontinental, all are delicious and the Staff are very welcoming. Thank you to Shwe who helped us during our Check-in and accommodated my requests, and their managers Ronan & Elmira, who truly cared about our stay.
The facilities are great but I normally look for a Sauna/Steam & Jacuzzi amenities when I book 5* hotel and above. Didn’t realize that the Hotel didn’t have this option unfortunately.

The reception staff are helpful
The location is great
They leave plenty of water in the room
The beds comfortable
They close the roof infinity pool at 6 which I think is mental, and the bar up there, literally don’t understand they are throwing 100 people out as the weathers cooling down and people want to relax and have a drink,
The beach you can’t get service, loads of staff there just all there to move your umbrella not to grab a water which is mental also
The breakfast is not good sausages are gross
