Το διαμέρισμα είναι εξαιρετικό. Βρίσκεται ακριβώς δίπλα στη στάση του τραμ, πολύ κοντά στο σούπερ μάρκετ ALDI το οποίο διαθέτει μεγάλη ποικιλία χρήσιμων προϊόντων για τον ένοικο του καταλύματος. Επίσης ακριβώς απέναντι υπάρχει κατάστημα με πολύ νόστιμο ντονέρ. Το κατάλυμα διαθέτει φρυγανιέρα, δύο μηχανές ετοιμασίας καφέ (μία για καφέ σε κάψουλες και μία για καφέ σε φακελάκι), πλυντήριο πιάτων με κάψουλες απορρυπαντικού και πολλά πιάτα, ποτήρια καθώς και όλα τα σκεύη παρασκευής φαγητού. Διαθέτει κουζίνα με φούρνο και φούρνο μικροκυμάτων. Δεν διαθέτει πλυντήριο ρούχων. Το μόνο μειονέκτημά του είναι η μεγάλη απόσταση από το κέντρο. Πάντως εάν ξαναπάω στο Βερολίνο θα προσπαθήσω να μείνω και πάλι σε αυτό το διαμέρισμα.

The place is well connected, very close to transportation. It's a very decent place and despite the vicinity to a tramway you can barely hear it, no vibrations at all.
I didn't like the shower, the tube gets between the legs to reach the support on the wall therefore you have to hold the nozzle always with one hand, making the showering uncomfortable.
Also the light grey pillow on the couch, I believe is time to change or wash it...

Mooi smaakvol en ruim appartement. Keurig sanitair, en fijn schoon bij aankomst. Mooie omgeving ook voor een avondwandeling. Nabij een station om naar Berlijn centrum te kunnen. Supermarkt in de buurt en twee restaurantjes.
Ik weet niet of ik verkeerd gelezen heb maar uit de advertentie dacht ik dat er een aparte slaapkamer was. Dat is helaas niet het geval. Ik heb een luchtbed in de keuken gelegd, dat ging ook goed.

Da es eine Wohnung mit digitaler Schlüsselübergabe ist (Boardinghouse Charakter) ist der Check In eine Herausforderung, da der Safe nicht direkt am Gebäude ist. Ist man über diese Hürde gesprungen beginnt ein guter Aufenthalt mit etwas lauten Einflüssen von Straße und Tram. Sehr schöne Umgebung und top Frühstück/Lunch/Dinner im 50 m entfernten Tous Les Jour.
