De ligging was voor ons perfect. Zowel voor- als achtertuin. Rustig.
Onhandige check-in in ander dorpje, maar vriendelijke receptioniste.
De accommodatie was niet heel erg schoon en het is ook erg gehorig. Ook vind ik het erg prijzig.

These comments relate to how easy it was to get keys and into property:- Hosts failed to respond to emails. No one at property to meet us. Calls to Booking.com not answered. Just before searching for a hotel managed to finally got hold of property owner who said we had to travel to them to collect keys (no mention of this on any paperwork from booking.com).
We liked the property, we liked the location, we liked the equipment But....! Booking.com need to get their act together on key collection procedure. Also your Customer Service was non existant in "our hour of need" when we needed you most
We didn't like the lack of customer service from Booking.com. We didn't like the fact the key collection procedure was not included or detailed anywhere on our paperwork. Instead we had to deal with it ourselves. This was a most unwelcome predictment for us to have to deal with right at the start of holiday, after hours of driving in an unfamiliar country.

Le ménage laisse à désirer (cafetière non vidée, toiles d’araignées ne datant pas d’hier, miettes et morceaux de plastique au sol, sets de tables tachés…)
Les consignes pour les clés pourraient être envoyées avant l’arrivée
Le fait de devoir aller régler le logement dans un autre village
L’insonorisation mais difficile avec des planchers en bois
Rapport qualité prix décevant
