Sea Views...location! The Check-in information was excellent, and the agent was accessible and great!

The unit was big and quite comfortable. The view is to-die-for; great to sit on the nice balcony and watch the waves. There was no electricity, but the unit had emergency lights and an inverter for the TV and Wi-Fi. The location near Henderson Nature Reserve and right on the beach is lovely.
The manager messaged us the morning of our stay that the electricity would be out all day due to scheduled repairs. Since it was 'scheduled' more of a heads-up would have been appreciated. While the unit was very nice and there were some emergency lights in the unit, the stairs and hallway were dangerously dark. We never saw any staff; only communicated through messaging.

The location was what the doctor ordered.
The staff was very helpful, actually covered what was bad about the place
The room was clean and comfortable
We came to relax. We found the place a construction site. As you go up to the room, you wade through mud.
We had breakfast while the laboureres were plastering the very place we had breakfast at.
Chantallle came, no apology, no explanation, but went to sit with a group of white guests.
This was not acceptable at all.
