Great location. Not far from lovely dog friendly beach and pub. Located above really good cafe and Indian restaurant. The owners are very friendly
The steps leading up to rooms could be a bit steep for someone with mobility issues.

Totally thrilled with our stay the room exceeded our expectation it was spacious ultra clean with everything we needed.
the bed was comfy, the bathroom with easy access shower, Meeting the owner on our departure gave us the opportunity to say a personal thank you for such a pleasant stay.
the only down side which we were well awear of when booking where the external stairs.
If ones mobility is a bit unsteady however there are rails on either side if your prepared for the challenge
$$$$
