Very clean and comfy apartment. Super nice helpful staff. Great view from the roof plus some chairs and a little pool. We really enjoyed our stay!

The location is great, very central and it has a lift, for anybody with big suitcases or mobility issues. Apartment was clean and serviceable. The complex has two small pools - more like plunge pools - on the roof as well as some sun loungers but no shade. The apartment comes with a "welcome package" that includes butter, marmalades, small bottles of water and milk, Nescafe pods. This was appreciated.
The receptionist was quite rude and could have done with some training in guest communications. However the worst thing was that in the fourth floor apartment, you could hear the hum of machinery all day and all night. It was like sleeping in an old fridge, it was that sort of background noise. It may have been air conditioners in a small internal courtyard between the buildings or perhaps the plunge pools filtration system. It was particularly bad in the back bedroom and forced one of us to use the sofa bed in the living room where it was slightly quieter.
