Station Approach is very comfortable apartment. Very clean with modern furnishings and well equipped. The view is amazing over the estuary and towards Conwy castle . Very convenient location .

We have completely fallen in love with this place! Our stay was absolutely wonderful, and it made our trip incredibly memorable. The house is perfectly located within an easy walking distance to the famous Conwy Castle and its charming town centre. Its just a minute away from the train station and the bus stop. Having a private parking spot right outside the main gate added so much convenience. The highlight of the stay was the breathtaking, clear, no-barrier no-obstruction view of the Conwy Estuary along the River Conwy and the serene marina. Sitting right across the road, it can be admired directly from the dining table while you enjoy your meals. Out of all the accommodations we have ever stayed at, this property offered the most amazing, comfortable bed I've ever had. The perfect softness of the mattress, the fluffiness of the duvet, and the gentle pillows provided a truly wonderful night's sleep. The entire house was spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated with classic items, like a set of binoculars to enjoy the scenery. We were also thrilled to find a lovely welcome treat of fresh fruit and chocolate waiting for us on the table...what more can we ask for! The kitchen is incredibly bright, spacious, and fully equipped with a generous supply of basic utensils, making it very easy to cook simple meals. Communication with the host was very simple and covenient, and the check-in process was entirely seamless. We are absolutely in love with this property and would certainly consider staying here again in the future. Thank you so very much for making our visit so magical and enchanting!

Very comfortable beds. Nice Lounge and the bean to cup coffee machine was the 'icing on the cake'.

On street car parking only and had no spaces outside property at the time of visit. Not an issue for train travellers or people without young children. Ended up paying £7.50 for 24hours in the station car park which I have to say is a good price compared to other places. Can pay £3 but have to be up to move car before 8 AM.
