The interior is beautifully designed and well-maintained. The jacuzzi was an absolute highlight - our toddler loves it! The dining area is spacious with both indoor and outdoor options. The villa is well-equipped with complete dinnerware and the entertainment setup has Smart TV and sturdy, comfortable sofa. The beach and swimming pool / clubhouse are just a few minutes away.
Room configuration:
The villa has 4 rooms — a ground floor ensuite with bunk bed (sleeps 2), two upper floor rooms with bunk beds (sleeps 3 each), and a master room with queen bed and pullout (sleeps 3) — totalling beds for 11 guests. The official maximum accommodation on Booking.com is 10 guests. We were a group of 12 — the extra 2 guests were arranged and paid for directly with the property outside of Booking.com. Note that the 12th guest does not have a dedicated bed.
The shared bathroom was clogged during our stay which was inconvenient for a large group. We hope this gets addressed as it is the main area for improvement in an otherwise lovely property.

Nice house. 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms was great for a family gathering. BBQ and jacquzzi were wonderful. Good kitchen facilities.
No Wi Fi. One bedroom had no light. Manager provided a replacement light that didnt fit. 6 plus block walk to beach/pool. No convenience store in developement. Restrictive beach rules. Could be better with stronger management.

It is good for group of 8-10 people and it has a lot of bathrooms. The personal jacuzzi is a good addition to their amenities
No water supply when we checked in up until 8pm and no sense of urgency in providing enough water for our needs having 2 kids and 1 senior it is difficult. The chairs in the kitchen bar are so flimsy and it is so far from all places that you need like the market and groceries. They were also asking us to pay if we want to swim in the clubhouse however when we told them that it was supposedly included in what we already paid then they said that we can tell the staff in the clubhouse that it should be charge in the house where we are staying. The caretaker was not so responsive to it is pretty annoying
