Breakfast was not included in my plan, but there was a Tim Horton's within walking distance, so no problem. The location was excellent; we were walking distance from a beautiful park, that at least in September, had beautiful flowers. It was close enough to downtown to get there in 5 mintues, but far enough away so we didn't hear the constant sirens we heard when we staying actually in downtown. We met the owner, Jim, a couple of times, and he was very nice. The caretaker, Irene, was a real gem and was extremely helpful every time we asked her for some help.
Only a brief warning. The houses here were built when people were shorter, so at 5' 11", my head barely cleared a couple of places on the stairs, so those above 6' might want to keep their eyes on the ceiling. It was not a problem though.

Non- skid finish in tub
1) foul odour in the unit for our entire visit
2) no exhaust fan in bathroom
3) TV instructions did not match current state; basic TV would have been nice i.e. news on CBC, CTV, Global 4) pillows were very uncomfortable
