The location. It was near to the Encore centre where they organised the Melaka Triathlon event. The 2026 Merdeka parade was held along the Klebang road.
The shopkeeper at the convenience store at level 6 was very humble and friendly. The items were not overpriced and it has all the basic needs for an emergency food stock.
The ramp for the tiered parking was ample size for big cars!
The host was very strict with regard to the check out time. We had to rush back even though the triathlon event has not finished yet, because the prize giving ceremony was delayed.
The lifts were horribly slow and inefficient for a building with >30 floors. We stayed at level 11, the lifts were always full as it reached level 11 from the upper floors. ( We had to take the lift all the way upto level 36 before descending down to level 5 for the parking, and drive down to G to check out)

Big room, nice pool
Need more maintenance, Sunlounger not all in good condition. No kids playground.

- near with mp and dp also the beach.
- easy to find the room
- parking is too far with the lift coz I bring foods, bags, and this is a hassle for me.
- the aircond in the room not function well. To maple home, please give your attention what is going on in your property, don’t simply give the room to the customer before you check one by one. only aircond at the living room is function or memang nak suruh customer tido kat ruang tamu ke ? only at living room je sejuk dalam bilik tak rasa apa end up we sleep using kipas.
