Well positioned: not far from shops, access to Geelong and beaches is decent. Security works with the coded locked door/s and the house is spacious. The facilities are decent, the ensuite shower and a good sized bath a highlight. Back yard would have got more use on a cooler stay.
Mirror of car smashed so needing to park on the street is an issue with drivers consistently breaking the speed limit and being so close to the parked car that at night it is foreseeable a collision will occur. Not the owner's fault.

This three bedroom home was well appointed with a master en-suite bathroom, comprehensive kitchen facilities and a huge dining and living room area. Despite being on a busy road, the double glazed windows minimised any outside traffic noise. If the weather was warmer, there was a cosy courtyard sitting space as well as a large grassy backyard to relax in.
The only problem I had was using the coded front door lock because it took several tries to make it work. Also, I would have preferred a contact phone number instead of an email, when I requested help with unlocking the door. Finally, the TV only had one working channel because the other channels had no clear reception. My rating is a 9 because of these issues.

I liked that it was a free standing house and that the host provided cleaning supplies.
I did not like that the booking company were hard to communicate with when I needed to change my booking, when I needed the property address confirmed as I had been sent the wrong address and when I had a problem lighting the stove.
