complete loft in the heart of Modena. Couldn't be better. Parking for free in the ZTL at the corner of the loft is precious. Excellent communication with the owner. I will return for sure.

Fabulous position just opposite the markets. We felt like locals

Great location, perfect apartment for 2 adults and one child, close to everything by foot, perfect sound proofing

L’area soggiorno in quanto unico ambiente vivibile
L’area notte e bagno. In quanto realizzati in spazi non vivibili. Per poter accedere al letto bisogna muoversi in ginocchio o quasi… in quanto l’altezza, tra le travi del tetto ed il pavimento, non consente uno spostamento in modo eretto, con il rischio molto probabile di sbattere la testa e ferirsi… come è capitato a me…
