Over the place was nice .
1. Bedroom window nearly impossible to close once opened. Had to leave it closed. Needs checking.
2. Screen door on main sliding door will NOT stay on its track. Came off nearly every time we used it. Very annoying.

Great condo that is literally 60' from the water. It's elevated above the beach below about 15' so its great for whale watching. You can walk about 1/2 miles to Napilli for dinner but this is a quiet location with mainly adults on the site. The beach is mainly rocky but is great for snorkeling with turtles and fish in the plenty. (Also great for tide pools) The condo and pool were great and everything in the condo was new and very nice.

The unit was perfect! Watched 8turtles and breaching whales right from the lanai. Perfect place to eat dinner and watch the sunset every night. Unit was comfortable and clean and had all we needed.
