Very clean, superb location, great value for money

Very clean, and well equipped apartment. Nice pool and parking in carage a plus. Location very good, short walking distance from San Sebastiao beach and 10min walk from Mataduoro beach (for surfing). Very close to restaurants, cafes, surf shops and aupermarket.

Balcony would have been nice, but did not miss it much.

Decepción

La ubicación y el silencio tanto de día como de noche.

La primera impresión suele ser la que marca la diferencia entre lo bien y lo mal. Abrir el armario ropero, (por llamarle de alguna manera porque es un apaño bastante mal organizado) y encontrarse el cubo de fregar los suelos dentro no me dio muy buenas sensaciones. El desagüe del lavabo iba fatal y el de la cocina regular. No hay enchufe en el baño donde poder secarse el pelo o afeitarse, cosas imprescindibles. La iluminación escasa ya que varias bombillas estaban fundidas. Y un olor persistente no se definirlo bien, si humedad ,cerrado o rancio. Y el mantel de la mesa de comedor aterciopelado de color rojo, no daban demasiadas ganas de desayunar en él. Ya por último; eche a faltar unas sábanas ya que había un nórdico y en época de verano estando con temperaturas todavía altas nos ha costado conciliar el sueño. Tapado mucho calor ,destapado frío. Las toallas deberían de pasarlas por lejía o renovarlas ya que están bastante grisáceas. Llevaba unas expectativas buenas porque el importe del alojamiento no ha sido barato y fue una auténtica decepción.
