Great location to Bayswater & 2 tube stations. Room was good & kitchen with supplies was convenient.
No lift & narrow stairs so was very difficult to carry suitcases up 2 flights. Be aware. Listing should advise of this. Also their confirmation email advises there is a charge for luggage storage, listing doesn’t state this either. To be fair when I questioned this at check-in I was told there would be no charge if leaving luggage only for 2 hours. Beyond that time I don’t know so again, be aware.

Well located near 2 tube stations and good shopping/ food options. Comfortable bed at reasonable price. Quiet street. Fans provided, and window opens wide to cool things down at night. Good service from reception
Power points poorly located, none near bed, and none near kitchenette.

Great location. Just opposite to Kensington park. Really nice street. Beds were comfortable. Basic was there - shower, mini kitchen, TV.
There is no window or ventilation in the toilet. When we came it stank. The room is on the souths side so it was really hot inside, even at night with opened window. Also, it is quite noisy.
Vegetables in a fridge were frozen.
