Arredato e curato con amore, offre tutto quello che si può desiderare. Pulito perfettamente, comodo per raggiungere il centro città in 10 minuti a piedi. Si può trovare il parcheggio nelle vicinanze o anche davanti alla struttura. Colazione compresa ovviamente con prodotti già confezionati da market. Acqua e succo disponibili. Mappe di Matera disponibili in casa. Tutto gestito in modo eccellente. Grazie

Boa localização, ao lado de um supermercado e muito perto do centro histórico onde não podem entrar carros. A recomendação de restaurante foi muito boa.

L'emplacement était parfait 👍🏽 l'hôte très gentille et réactive. Le logement globalement joli 👍🏽
Le lit est un peu dur surtout un des deux matelas ( les deux sont collés) , le petit déjeuner pourrait être un peu mieux

The reason that the score is not lower, is that the internet was good and there were some English speaking TV stations (mostly news).
The unit itself is fine, just not at all what is noted in the booking form.
If you arrive on a Sunday, the grocery store will be closed.
Quotes (from Booking.com description) there are no

The bed was comfortable but is up stairs, in a loft.
There is 1 and a half bathrooms. The shower room is off the kitchen.
There is no view at all. (Except someone walking through the kitchen, living room and up the stairs in a towel.)
The breakfast consisted of food buns (that I have no idea how long it has been there for), 2 containers of milk that were already opened and 1 had gone off. This is completely unacceptable. It is not safe to have already opened containers for new guests, let alone one that is spoiled. As previously mentioned, we arrived on a Sunday so could not replace this immediately.
A note on the washing machine claims a €5 for usage. This is not in the Booking.com write up and a washer was one of the main reasons we pick this place.
If you are a male over 6 feet, watch you head, shoulders and sit in the ensuite.
