Die Lage ist super: Eine Seitenstraße der Haupteinkaufsstraße. Kurze Wege zur Donau, zu Tram, Bus und U-Bahn. Viele Sehenswürdigkeiten sind aber auch fußläufig zu erreichen. Es sind viele gute Restaurants in der Nähe.
Das Apartment ist riesig. 3 Schlafzimmer, 1 Esszimmer mit großem Tisch, 1 Wohn-/Fernsehzimmer, 1 Küche, 2 Badezimmer mit Dusche bzw. Badewanne und eine zusätzliche Toilette - man kann sich bei 4 bis 6 Personen gut aus dem Weg gehen...
Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war hervorragend und es gibt eine eigene App mit Anleitungen und Tipps sowohl zur Wohnung als auch zur Stadt.
Das Apartment zeigt doch deutliche Altersspuren, die man gerade noch als charmant durchgehen lassen könnte, wenn man nicht kleinlich ist... Die Küchenausstattung ist in Bezug auf Geschirr etwas spärlich und bei mehr als 4 Personen sollte man das bei der Buchung wissen. Handtücher sind auch etwas sparsam und man sollte unbedingt zusätzlich eigene Handtücher für Küche aber auch für das Bad mitbringen.
Der "Aufzug" ist leider eine Katastrophe und etwas kompliziert. Wir haben es letztendlich so geregelt, dass 1 Person zu Fuß auf die Etage gegangen ist und von dort den Aufzug gerufen hat - im Aufzug haben wir es nicht geschafft, auf der richtigen Etage zu landen. 1 Tag ist der Aufzug komplett ausgefallen...
Leider ist es auch sehr laut, wenn man die Fenster öffnet, was im Sommer unerlässlich ist. Die Gastronomie schließt zwar gegen 22 Uhr, aber das Wegräumen der Außentische und Passanten sind ziemlich laut zu hören.

Location is excellent.
The property is ok but it needs a good clean and to be painted, if the cobwebs were removed it would make a huge difference.
