THE Y HOUSE

The Y House is an exceptional "home away from home" with the best qualities of old world charm and modern conveniences. There are 6 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, a nice sized laundry room, and lovely options for relaxed gatherings in 3 spacious, beautifully appointed living areas. This house is ideal for entertaining. The owner provides extra chairs and folding tables which can easily be brought up from the basment via the accessible elevator in the house. The kitchen is kept immaculately clean with modern appliances, and is well stocked. There is also a 2nd refrigerator in the basement which was very much appreciated when we hosted a Sheva Brachot for 50 people. There is a mamad and parking for 2 cars. The outdoor area is a beautiful extension of the house and is another fabulous space for entertaining with a long table and chairs. Sweetest place is the garden with a round table and chairs, ideal for quiet reading or one on one conversation. The location of the house is ideal: near Synagogues, grocery and clothing shopping, restaurants, coffee shops, transportation. The owners were attentive and helpful and reachable, as well as warm and friendly. My entire family enjoyed every minute in this wonderful house. We want to stay there again!

וילה פשוט מושלמת, המיקום מצויין ליד מתחם הטחנה, בית קפה מקסים ממש צמוד ועוד המון דוכני אוכל בטיילת. הוילה מתוחזקת ומאבזרת ברמה הכי גבוה שהיינו עד היום בטח ובטח בארץ. מחשבה על כול הפרטים הקטנים והמדויקים שהופכים את החופשה למדהימה. איתי בעל הבית ואמא שלו שפגשנו אדיבים ונחמדים וזמינים לכול שאלה ובקשה. ממליצים בחום
