Beds were comfy and clean. Good location
Kind of expensive for what you get. Hot water switch was broken I think. We asked the staff about this and they said it was working but It never really heated up. Also small ant infestation in bathroom. The morning we were leaving they sprayed mosquito pesticide smoke all through the building which came into our room. Would’ve preferred a warning so we could’ve left to avoid breathing it in.

Access to causeway
Ventilation and cancellation since I did not pick the call when they called me the 2nd time on arrival. However I had informed that o would reach the property by 7 pm

Very good location, very near Gate of Mumbai and the shopping area. Even hotel is in the noisy area, it is quiet in my room. Internet is very good. The room is surprisingly clean, the best room compared with the other hotels I had stayed in India. Staffs are supportive, allowed us to check in 3 hour earlier without no additional charges and helps us to bring our luggage to downstairs
