The apartment was excellent on all counts. It was well furnished and equipped, comfortable (just watch out for the sharp edges of one of the round coffee tables), creatively decorated, and very much to our taste. The shower was superb. The air conditioning was efficient at 30c temperatures outside. Essentially, everything worked, and everything was there for us: it was just like a good friend had let us borrow their place, with the additional bonus of cooking ingredients and kitchen and laundry cleaning products being available. And for cleanliness, whoever is responsible for it had done a superb job - well done.
As often happens during hot seasons, there were some busy ants on parts of the terrace initially - just one of those things. More important would be to look at bus routes in advance to navigate through Nice but the train station is only a 15 mins walk to explore further out. The immediate area is not lush but there is a great, welcoming, quality boulangerie around the corner which makes up for it.

Beautiful little apartment on 6th floor with an elevator. Lovely decor, comfortable bed, wonderful terrace, well equipped, looks just like in the photos. Good location, short walk to train station which we used a lot for day trips. A bit of a walk to the old town and port, we usually cycled there.
We didn’t get to meet Thierry, but he was very responsive and easy to deal with. Would definitely stay again.

I loved the washer/dryer & the well functioning lift.
The bed wasn’t very comfortable & it was extremely dusty when we arrived. Also, a lot of the owner’s personal items were left inside. For example, there was a 2-piece bathing suit left in the top drawer of the bureau. The location was quite a distance from downtown Nice.

First word was Wow! Cozy, comfortable and clean. Light filled, open design with windows and doors to open for fresh air. The terrace was wonderful for an afternoon nap, plants providing privacy. In the evening the city lights provided a lovely view.
Convenient location to train, tram, beach, restaurants. Easy check in/out. We loved this flat!!
