Die Lage der sehr eleganten Ferienwohnung im 5. Stock (mit Aufzug) ist absolute Spitze! Sie liegt direkt am belebten Hotspot der Strandpromenade, und der ordentliche Strand ist nur wenige Meter entfernt. In der Umgebung gibt es etliche Supermärkte sowie tolle große und kleine, lokale Restaurants. Die Ausstattung ist hochwertig: Ein absolutes Highlight ist der Hauptbalkon mit herrlichem Meerblick (dazu gibt es noch zwei kleinere Balkone). Das WLAN ist überall stabil und die Waschmaschine war uns eine große Hilfe. In den zwei Schlafzimmern stehen sehr gute Boxspringbetten und Ventilatoren, das Wohnzimmer wird von der Klimaanlage super heruntergekühlt. Die Gastgeberin hat zudem für reichlich Bettwäsche und Handtücher gesorgt. Die Parkplatzsituation ist grundsätzlich gut (Tipp: vor Sonnenuntergang einparken, oder ganz entspannt das Parkhaus vis-à-vis für ca. 7 Euro/Nacht nutzen). Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die extrem zuvorkommende Gastgeberin, die jederzeit ansprechbar war und mit Rat und Tat zur Seite stand!
Die Küche ist zwar funktionell, allerdings hapert es ein wenig an Töpfen und Besteck, und das Kochfeld hatte leider nur zwei brauchbare Felder. Wir konnten uns damit aber dennoch gut arrangieren. Zudem bringt die zentrale Lage an der Promenade abends natürlich etwas Straßenlärm mit sich, was uns aber schon nach wenigen Tagen überhaupt nicht mehr gestört hat.

Very good location. Close to the beach and the seafront to enjoy all the amenities of the seafront, but far enough away to escape the noise of the seafront. The apartment was very clean. Air con in the main room, fans in the bed rooms. Shutters in front of the windows. Flat was nice and cool at all times. Nice big balconies. Responsive and accommodating host.
Comfortable flat, but it is showing some initial signs of wear and tear. A kettle and a toaster were missing and the hob only had two working components. The kitchen could do with restocking of some key kitchen utensils. The actual building and the surrounding area where the flat is located is quite run down.

Labai gražūs, tvarkingi apartamentai 5 aukšte (yra liftas). Labai patiko, kad butas neįkaista nuo karščio, nes labai geras langų išdėstymas: karščiausia saulė prasisuka pro šalį, o vakare gali stebėti iš 2 balkonų (kurie, beje, eina per visą butą) saulėlydį (saulė leidžiasi į jūrą), neišeidamas iš namų. Labai patogu gyventi, šalia daug kavinių, marketų, vaisių ir suvenyrų turgeliai, yra automobilių parkingai (paprastai rasdavom vietą pastatyti nemokamai, kelis kartus teko pastatyti ir mokamai). Labai paslaugi šeimininkė. Puikus internetas. Kambaryje - kondicionierius, o miegamuosiuose vėjeliai - tai didelis pliusas vasarą. Jokių uodų ar mašalų :)
Smulkmena trūko arbatinuko. Buvo kavos aparatas, bet vaikai mėgsta arbatą. Tiems, kas mėgsta visišką ramybę, galėtų nepatikti triukšmas nuo centrinės miesto gatvės, vakare ji tampa labai judri, veikia kavinės, barai, skamba muzika, ramybė ateina apie 12 - 1 val. nakties. Jis nėra varginantis, nes apartamentai yra ne prie pat pagrindinės gatvės, o šiek tiek nutolę.
