The apartment was huge for 2 people and fully equipped. I was especially happy with the clothes airer that we could put on the balcony to dry our swimming suits. The balcony is great to sit on - it has a small table and two chairs too. It's within a 3-minute walk from the centre with restaurants, bars and supermarkets close by. The property even has a closed parking garage.
The bed was not too comfortable and it was short too - my husband is 190 cm and his feet hit the end of the bed. There is no fan in the apartment and you can't really leave the windows open for the night as it's located on a very light and busy street with people going home from partying and cars going up and down. It's perfect if you came for partying but would not recommend for a quiet stay.

Location was good, private parking space if you come with a car. The apartment itself is very spacious.
The bed is very uncomfortible, there is no coffee, tea, salt or pepper even tho you have all appliances to cook. Also, we had some problems with hot water in a shower (cold-hot mixer working weird).

O apartamento estava muito sujo, tivemos que limpar os móveis da varanda e não podíamos andar sem sapatos.
Elevador muito pequeno.
Pagamento de check in tardio em dinheiro e sem informação de que tem que ser valor exato, pois não dão troco.
Sofá e cama desconfortáveis.
