Truly excellent location (3 mins walk from Monastiraki square where all major connections are possible) and to enjoy a jacuzzi looking at the Parthenon is truly priceless. Beds confortable, could be a bit softer but that’s on one’s taste. We had an overall very good stay. They were very understanding and gave us a second cot that we needed. When the shower handle needed fixing they came right away. Paul was very responsive (and sent us info and videos on how everything worked before we arrived) and the maid explained everything when we called her about a detail about the hot tub and the cot. Very good cleaning service every 3 days, if additional is needed it is available with extra cost but we didn’t need it. Very pretty apartment, nice decoration, comfy sofa and smart tv, big dining table where we could have dinner with the children when it was needed. Very easy check in and check out procedure (we had an 11pm arrival and 7am departure so that was important) and both e-food and wolt come there till very late so we could get the little ones’ milk even at midnight when we arrived. We were 3 adults and 2 toddlers below 5yo and stayed for 9 nights very comfortably.
Curtains are dark but not absolutely (100%) sun-blocking so in the bed that is next to the balcony someone who is sensitive they might wake up earlier. They were not a problem for us. Lift a bit small and old (expected for a building in the center of Athens) so we had to take 2 turns to get to the 5th floor or back down - still not a major issue since it worked fine. There are various little things that need fixing (loose door knobs for example) but still a well equipped and secure location with security locks etc.

Location and view, modern feeling, bed were comfort
The jacuzzi is very small although the pictures shows otherwise, the apartment is not so maintained, the shower handle was a bit broken, there was some ants in the apartment,
The ac engine is inside the balcony so if you want turn on ac inside you cant sit outside due to heat that come out from the outer engine.
