Good biz hotel. centrally located. Lot of eateries around this property. Access to local transport is easy. The restaurant on the second floor is very good. The buffet (dinner & b/fast is very sumptuos). Thanks to Sonia who is a graceful young lady who made it special. She is professional and graceful.
Clean rooms, good lighting plus a good work table (my must have). Certainly this one maintains the Orchid standards.
Ordered pizza from the restuant as room service. It was tasteless.

Everything was wonderful during my stay at Regenta Place Jhansi. The staff was extremely courteous, professional, and always willing to assist. Their service standards were excellent and made my stay truly comfortable.
The rooms were well-maintained, clean, and equipped with all the necessary amenities, which were thoughtfully arranged and replenished. The food was delicious and offered great quality.
I would highly recommend Regenta Place Jhansi to my colleagues, family members, and friends visiting Jhansi. It is a great place to stay, and I am sure guests will have a memorable experience here.

The hotel is located in the heart of the city, just 2 km from the railway station. Having the Molecule Lounge and Bar on the top floor is an added advantage.
The staff is very helpful. Special thanks to Annie, who went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Since we had a train in the late evening, she arranged a late checkout for us, which was truly appreciated.
Mr. Amit in the cafeteria is extremely helpful and attentive. He managed guests’ needs single-handedly with great efficiency. He was prompt, responsive, and ensured every request was fulfilled with courtesy.
I opted for the suite room considering my family’s comfort, but I was a bit disappointed with the issues I faced despite paying a premium amount. No welcome drink or even water was offered at the time of check-in, which was unexpected. The TV screen in the living room was broken and therefore unusable, and the TV in the bedroom was not a smart TV, so I couldn’t connect to Netflix or Amazon Prime. Additionally, the room service was not up to the mark, as they provided an electric iron instead of a steam iron. There was also a strong foul smell in the room; although the staff tried to address it with a room freshener, it did not fully resolve the issue.
