The property is in a great location to visit Cornwall.
The property isn’t in great condition, the 40metre sloping path isnt great for access if you have any mobility issues! At the top of the path the decking greets you, it’s in dreadful condition and falling apart, when you go inside the property you are hit with a damp smell, the sofa is badly stained and the hairy pillows are not welcoming, their were lots of cobwebs around the building. This place really could do with an overhaul and a deep clean.

It was a great location and the neighbours were lovely. It is exactly what it says that there is a beach 10 minutes down the road which has a pub, local shop, ice cream and the bakery down the road was really lovely as well.
If you are not able to walk up and down as much, it may br practical because it is on a steep hill. Parking facilities are good and everything is in walking distance. All round, it’s a lovely location to be in. Newquay is approx. 25 minutes away.
We did not use the hot tub but it was insight and seemed really big from the outside, decking was really lovely and there are table and chairs to sit outside. If it was warmer we would have been able to sit outside a lot more, however it was quite cloudy and rainy. The layout is really good and the beds were quite comfortable, it was a really nice property.
I would say the home is tidy and communication with the host is exceptional, however, it wasn’t as clean as I expected it to be. A few things like cushions, rugs etc sofa I don’t believe were clean.
Items in the oven or some cutlery wasn’t that clean either, as well as the bath, so I felt like I had to clean a lot of the items prior to use.
unfortunately dust sets off my asthma, which it did in this home so fair I wasn’t able to be in the lounge.
I feel the home just needs some re-washing or just needs a freshen up. The sofa also would be good to be updated.
We couldn’t relax as much as we wanted to, as we could not be outside due to the weather.
on a positive note, there was a minor issue in the Home and I did contact the host and he did come out straight away to fix it.

Location is in good proximity to all amenities.
There is little warning about the steep and slope walkway up to the property. Not ideal when travelling with older family members and very young children. Gets pretty warm in summer, no fans and no air conditioning.

Beautiful, quiet location in gorgeous surroundings
The only thing we would have liked was a bigger bed in the main bedroom. However fully aware that there is not enough space in the bedroom. Everything else was amazing.
