The place is in a very nice spot in the city, meaning you can easily make many tourist tours(e.g Genipabu, Pipa or Ponta Negra), a transportation method will always be required but the tourism companies always pick you up at the hotel
There's really nothing to complain about Sehrs Natal, lots of activities to be done inside and outside, several pools, food and drinks available to you.
The room quality(mostly the window view) can all vary according to price but all of them are of quality. We had a leaking issue in our bathroom and they changed our room within the hour.
Any questions made to the front desk were replied to with full interest to satisfy us and we are very happy about it. We asked for suggestions for things to do in the city and many options were provided to us. All of these interactions were made in Portuguese, I am not sure if they speak English, but I would assume they do.
Breakfast is 100% complete every day, with many options to eat. Quality ingredients as well. no complaints here.
The average price of the restaurants inside the hotel was high, while not delivering the expected quality. You are better off eating in the city and trying something different every day.

Nice beach
This is not a 5 star. It’s an all inclusive hotel where for the first time ever I could not eat the breakfast as it was truly terrible. Important that the ratings of hotels are carefully considered by agencies
