River Ranch is a newly renovated 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home with a two-minute drive to Sunday River’s South Ridge Lodge. You’ll love being nestled in “Snow Village Estates”; a peaceful, wooded neighborhood adjacent to mountain activities, shops, restaurants and more! Easily drop-off/pick-up skiers throughout the day or shoot back home for a quick lunch. You'll truly appreciate this traffic-free location on busy days when the main access road is backed up for miles! Walk to Definitive Brewing Company or The Foggy Goggle. Drive to The Matterhorn Ski Bar or Steam Mill Brewing, both less than 3 miles away. This location’s perfect balance of privacy and proximity is hard to beat! Inside, the open concept floorplan creates a spacious yet connected vibe. The fully applianced kitchen has ample storage and all the comforts of home. The large living room is centered around a 75” smart television w/soundbar and woodstove. There is a Sonos smart speaker, extra-long couch (with pull-out bed), and an oversized armchair perfect for relaxing after a long day on the slopes. Play board games gathered around the coffee table, enjoy your beverage of choice while watching the fire, wrap yourself in a cozy blanket and just RELAX! The primary bedroom offers a king bed, large dresser, closet and ensuite bath with shower. There is also a queen bedroom, common bath w/full tub/shower, and a bunk room with a twin-over-full and additional trundle. The bunk room also includes 2 beanbag chairs and a 43” television. Each bed has been outfitted with soft flannel and fleece bedding. Guests are more than welcome to bring their own bedding if they choose! Other features include an oversized deck with Weber Gas Grill, Solo Smokeless Firepit and distant, veiled views of Sunday River’s Fireworks! The sloping back-yard is a perfect little sledding hill with sleds provided. There is ample parking, an oversized 1-car garage with ski storage and staging area, and an additional attached carport to keep your vehicle out of the weather. Pack light and use the washer & dryer to keep your gear fresh throughout your stay! Come stay at the River Ranch and enjoy “The way life should be”! {Fun Fact: This location was historically known as “The Managers Road”. Sunday River managers were given the opportunity to purchase property on this road to live near the mountain while still maintaining privacy for their families.}

We are a family of five with three college aged kids. The house setup was ideal for us. Everything in the home seemed new and well thought out for a vacation week. Great value and communication with the owners. Super easy to Sunday River skiing and great restaurants. Kitchen well equipped to make meals, too. Quiet street and yard good for dog walks. They also have a nicely made ramp to enter the house which makes access simpler for an elderly or disabled family member, and that isn't common with vacation rentals. Would definitely recommend.

We opened the door to River Ranch and immediately felt at home. From the brand new kitchen to the cozy, oversized living room furniture and the just right bedrooms, this home had everything our family could want and need in a rental without the excessive extras. It was a serene escape to sink into at the end of the day for our whole family… fur baby included. The cherry on top of the home was how lovely, warm, and responsive our hosts were. Michele was proactive in checking in, sharing details for the home, and ensuring we were comfortable. We will be back again for the 23/24 season!

We loved this beautiful ski inspired home, pefect for our family. Welcoming spaces with cozy couch and beds. We stayed in one night and made a fire, cooked dinner and played games. Hosts were increadibly helpful with lots of great recommendations for the area. Location can't be beat! Highly recommend!

We stayed in this home over February school break with two families. It was clean, well provisioned with kitchen necessities, newly renovated and a two minute drive to the South Ridge base lodge. You can't do better for a ski vacation at Sunday River. The owners were great to deal with and we had no issues while we were there. It's so new no one has yet left any spices, so make sure to bring what you need. If it works out, we'd love to come back and stay again!

We just spent an amazing weekend at River Ranch for my daughter's 22nd birthday ski weekend! There were 9 of us and our dog and we all loved the space. It was clean, spacious and the beds were so comfortable. There was an abundance of cozy blankets and cute little touches throughout. Michele and Jason were super responsive when I had a minor IT issue. Very friendly and accessible. The location to Sunday River was another huge plus. Just 2 minutes to South Ridge lodge. I highly recommend this property! Thanks for a great weekend!

Excellent experience staying at river ranch. Everything was new and clean and worked very well. Michele and Jason were very accommodating and communication about check-in and the stay was very clear and helpful. We'll definitely return to stay at River Ranch whenever we're back to ski at Sunday River.
