Restaurants, live music, swim-up pool bars, outdoor adventures and kids entertainment all within a short drive! Come experience The Lake of the Ozarks with us! This one- bedroom-one- bathroom has been completely remodeled with new and comfortable furnishings. It's a perfect place to relax, unwind, and sit on the deck to enjoy the main channel view! ☆☆ BEDROOM☆☆ Features a comfy king-sized bed, smart tv, ceiling fan, closet space, and blackout curtains. ☆☆ BATHROOM☆☆ Brightly lit, fully stocked bathroom with towels, organic sulfate/paraben free shampoo and body wash. ☆☆ LIVING ROOM☆☆ Features a queen pullout sofa bed with an upgraded memory foam mattress, a cozy electric fireplace, and a smart tv with free cable tv through the Spectrum app. ☆☆ KITCHEN☆☆ The kitchen includes a stove/oven, microwave, coffee machine (uses coffee grounds and k-cups) and is equipped with everything you need to cook a great meal together. ☆☆ BALCONY☆☆ The balcony has an electric grill for your outdoor grilling, a high top table and chairs and rocking chairs to enjoy the spectacular view of the main channel, cove and pool. ☆☆ ALSO INCLUDED ☆☆ Access to outdoor complex pool, open Memorial Day Weekend through September, based on HOA management discretion/weather. A 10 x 26 boat slip and trailer parking is available; advanced notice and permit required ($5 per day additional fee). A coin-op washer and dryer is located on the complex premises. It was winter time so we didn’t even open them door to the deck but the place is cute has a comfy couch nice tv and good WiFi. They had a little electric fireplace/heater that was perfect for the extra cold day. It was nicely decorated bed seemed brand new, very firm but I think it just hasn’t been broken in yet. Overall it served it purpose for a one night stay and we are happy with the ease of access.

Good size condo for my wife and I. Conveniently located for our needs. Great view from the back deck. Communication with the host was great. All necessary info was communicated prior to arrival and check in list was readily available and easy to follow. Condo was very clean and in great condition. Hope it is available for my next trip!

This is a nice clean property with a lovely view. Comfortable king bed and plenty of space for its modest size. Mid week was peaceful on the lake. Owner was very accommodating and communicated all details efficiently. Thumbs up!

Great place to stay. Property was clean and well-furnished. We had warm/hot showers on day 2 after we read the note about turning on the hot water! 🙄😊 The bathroom sink did not drain well; either pipes need cleaning or stopper adjusted to more open position. Thank you for a clean, quiet place to rest! Don

The place was really neat and smells good. My small family of 3 enjoyed our stay because the condo’s location is infront of the lake. We had an early breakfast while enjoying the scene. And it was really fun. Even the weather.

Cute lake side condo close to the strip and restaurants. Very clean! Sit back and relax in the rocking chairs on the deck overlooking the boat docks! Would stay here again! The host is a great communicator and easy to work with.

Husband and i flew in to MCI picked up rental and had a beautiful drive to Osage Beach. Check-in was simply putting code in and open door to a beautifully decorated 4fh floor condo. Bed comfortable. Baalcony and view were really nice. Would return! Holly was very quick to answer any questions we had!

Property was very clean and looked just like the pictures online. Great balcony off the lake and very close to the pool. The pool was never overly crowded so you didn’t need to compete for space. Ample parking. The owner was very responsive to questions and check in was seamless.

We had a great and relaxing stay in Holly’s condo. Everything was very clean, the decor was cute, and the view off the balcony is beautiful. It was also great being so close to the pool. Check-in and check-out was very simple, and Holly was great to work with!

I would definitely recommend this place for a couple or a family with a couple kids that aren’t full sized yet or anyone like myself that traveled solo. It’s a wonderfully sized condo with a California King bedroom (I’m 6’6” so finally a bed that fit!!) as well as what seems like a queen sized pull out in the main room. Lovely lake decorations and a large covered balcony the width of the condo makes it easy to still enjoy the stay even when you get stuck with a rain day. Nice touches like a full bag of ice in the freezer and makeup towels (though I didn’t need them I’ve heard from traveling companions that the cone in useful). Holly was a pleasure to communicate with and gave great instructions on the side of the fridge when you walk in for checkin, as to what’s expected. Which was nothing more than adjust the temp, turn off water, and bring your garbage out. All standard stuff. Definitely a great stay, prices were great, place was clean, and I’ll be back! Thanks for having me Holly!

This trip was a 10 year anniversary trip for my husband and i. The condo was a perfect place to stay. Located in the perfect spot from all the fun things to do. Super clean. Holly was amazing with helping us out with anything we needed. Can't wait to use it again. And to let anyone who is coming to the lake to book with her.
