Located in Umbria, this lovely house for $907 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. ‘Il Belpoggio Su Todi' (roughly translatable in "The beautiful hillock over Todi” - a name meant to underline the aerial view that can be enjoyed over Todi and the surrounding countryside) is a tiny hamlet surrounded by a terraced garden, an olive grove, a forest and a breathtaking view. It has been recently fully renovated, safeguarding the typical Umbrian architecture, with the use of local materials - the terracotta floors, exposed stone for the external walls, the antique tiles on the roofs. Every detail allows you to enjoy the warm experience of an Italian country house with all the amenities, including a spectacular infinity pool in which you can cool off during the summertime. 1) GREATER VILLA (GV) Il Casale Grande (Greater Villa) is 340 square meters villa, on two floors, and it sleeps 9 people. There is a beautiful 120 square meter living and dining room where you can relax, eat all together, or read before the monumental fireplace. You will enjoy a typical Umbrian stone kitchen, 30 square meters large, fully equipped, with its own fireplace. The sleeping rooms are all on the first floor and are divided as follows: - 3 full double bedrooms all with private bathrooms, - 1 double bedroom with bathroom (+ 1 adjoining single single bedroom). There is also a small lounge between the sleeping rooms. 2) SMALLER VILLA (SV) Very similar characteristics as the Casale Grande’s ones, only smaller. The bedrooms are all on the second floor and are divided as follows: - 3 double bedrooms, - 1 single bedroom - 2 bathrooms (+ 1 at ground floor) On the ground floor, in addition to the bathroom, you can find the living room with its fireplace, the dining room and the kitchen with its fireplace as well. 3) WEST WING (WW) It is adjoining to the Greater Villa and it is located on the first and second floors. It includes: - 4 double bedrooms, - 2 bathrooms, - a kitchen with a panoramic balcony, a dining/living room with its fireplace.

We were 4 groups of close friends with children staying 9 amazing days at Il Belpoggio Su Todi. I highly recommend these beautiful villas. The view was spectacular and the villas very spacious, clean and well maintained. Todi is also a good choice if you want to explore both Umbria and Tuscany. We want to come back! Thank you for many good memories!

Lifelong friends spanning two generations gathered from Canada, the UK, and the US for a wonderful 10-day holiday at Il BelPoggio. The villa, spread across three separate accommodations, provided ample space with many large bedrooms and modern bathrooms, expansive common areas, lots of outdoor seating, a beautiful infinity pool, and a huge country-style kitchen. The villa filled our needs in every way. It is perfectly situated in the Umbrian countryside, yet an easy drive to grocery shopping and the historic hilltop town of Todi. Whether gathering for early morning coffee in the kitchen, passing plates of pasta at long tables in the dining room, sipping prosecco while watching the lights twinkling from Todi, or lounging by the pool – we found many ways to live ‘la dolce vita’ at Il Belpoggio. And we cannot say enough good things about our host Federico. From the first point of contact to the warm welcome and helpful orientation, and throughout our stay, Federico was incredibly responsive and helpful. He truly went ‘above and beyond’ including his recommendations for a personal chef and others who facilitated our experience. Take a beautiful villa and add an exceptional host - and you have the winning formula for your perfect Umbrian holiday with family and friends.

We planned a stay there for a wedding with 24 people. The location was amazing and the owner Federico was helpful in everything. You will not be disappointed this property is much better in person than the pictures allow. There are only 3 bedroom AC u it’s bit the elevation keeps the house cold and has an amazing breeze. The pool are is exceptional and each room is nicely appointed.. it wa s the perfect place to entertain and have a wedding. Even the most discriminating vacationer will be pleased. We will definitely return. Thanks Federico for a great stay.

I do not the have words to describe how amazing our wedding reception weekend at il Belpoggio su Todi was. The house itself is stunning, the rooms so well equipped, hosting 24 people was so so easy with many common spaces, big kitchen and additional bathrooms. We organized a wedding reception dinner ourselves, using only Federico’s kitchen equipment (the MASSIVE pan for risotto was a massive hit). There’s loads of space for storage, a larger coffee machine and all the tables and chairs needed. The pool near a shed with a ping pong table was also just AMAZING! Fun for DAYS! And all this wouldn’t be possible without Federico, always ready to help, adjust, check and recommend. Thank you so much for the family wedding of our dreams ❤️

Nice stay and a lot of privacy with 24 people. Really Italian style, beds are good and dark rooms to sleep, liked that. Federico is a real gentlemen, and always react fast when we had some questions. Definitely a good place to stay with a couple of friends or family. 5 stars without a doubt.

Family members travelled from Australia, Canada and the U.K. for a long awaited reunion, and the property was perfect. Federico was extremely helpful and easy to communicate with, and helped us order pizzas for a birthday celebration while we were there. The photos don’t do it justice, the rooms were all much bigger than we expected, and everything was spotlessly clean. The kitchen in the main house was incredibly well equipped, and we had big family meals together every evening. The pool was amazing and we spent most of our time gathered there swimming or lounging in the sun or shaded area. The views and location were spectacular. Both the town of Todi, a beautiful place to walk around, and a large supermarket are within a 5-10 minute drive of the property.

We booked Il Belpoggio su Todi for a week—we were a group of around 20, gathering for an extended vacation as well as a belated wedding. Our ages spanned from 1-56, and it was a perfect location for all. Federico was amazing from beginning to end, helping ensure we had everything we needed for the stay and also for the event. We wished we had stayed for longer. Book this property—you won’t regret it. The pictures are amazing but they do not do the property justice—so spacious and also picturesque. We are already talking about returning—grazie mille, Federico e Il Belpoggio!

Federico was an exceptional host, very friendly and accommodating, greeting us at arrival and departure, and available to answer questions at any time. His communication with us before and during our stay was exemplary. The property itself is magnificent. The guest rooms are spacious and charming, while the common areas are sufficiently large for family gatherings. We especially enjoyed the amazing views of the surrounding countryside from the pool and appreciated the location of the property in a quiet neighborhood but close to the supermarket and Todi village. What a stunning setting, what a house. Renovated to perfection, built with love. Each room a gem, a big kitchen made for social cooking, outdoor setting that puts a smile on your face every time you step outside. If you think the place looks stunning on the photos, wait till you see the real thing. I simply could not have chosen a better place to celebrate my birthday and have already started planning my next visit.

We were a group of 22 adults and 2 children and the property was perfect. In fact the photos although beautiful do not do it justice! Communication with Federico before and during our stay was always very prompt and helpful. The location just 10 mins from Todi with good choice of supermarkets if needed. I would definitely recommend this property.

We stayed at Federico's wonderful property recently and would highly recommend. From the time we booked to the time we left Federico was always available to answer any questions and checked in to see how we were enjoying our stay while we were there. Words cannot describe the beauty of this place. We enjoyed lazy days by the pool and the absolutely amazing views were breathtaking.
