About this cottage rental
Located in the village, this house is 20 minutes from Beauval Zoo, 10 minutes from Valençay Castle, and 40 minutes from the Loire Valley castles. It is a detached cottage with a private, enclosed courtyard.
On the ground floor: a living room with a kitchen, lounge, and dining area; a bedroom with a double bed; a shower room; a laundry room; and an entrance hall.
Upstairs, on the mezzanine level, there is an open room overlooking the staircase with two single beds.
Outside: a private, enclosed courtyard currently being landscaped.
The all-inclusive rate includes: bed linen and towels for the stay, end-of-stay cleaning (excluding dishes and garbage disposal), heating, and electricity with reasonable consumption. If the cottage is heated by electricity, you have 15 kWh per day available (any excess will be charged to the hosts on site).
