Visitors come during all seasons to enjoy the fresh air and world-class activities. You can find a variety of great golf, hiking, biking, rock climbing, zip-line adventures, and whitewater rafting within easy reach of the condo. After the day's adventures, cozy up in front of the fireplace and bust out the board games or flip on the smart TV to stream all your favorite shows and movies. The stainless steel full kitchen makes it easy to plan at-home meals. A pair of binoculars is provided to aid in balcony viewing and wildlife sighting. One foot of snow with chains made the road to get here almost impossible. We arrived during a storm where even their shuttle bus could not take us from the parking lot to Sugar Top. We had to walk all our luggage with 3 kids in 12 inches of snow. Staff was not leaving for the week, and was unaware we would not be able to have access to food once we got up. Internet was down and residents warned us of potential power outages. We were not prepared because the description did not mention any of this. There was no shuttle to Sugar Mountain Monday-Thursday and with fear of not getting back up, we could not leave. It was not an enjoyable experience. The place was dusty with food behind couch cushions. No sheets for pull out bed. I was seriously unimpressed but even more unimpressed by the lack of description, warnings and response from management. Would not stay at Sugar Top again.

We had a great time at the property! Sunsets are gorgeous from the balcony, furniture is nice and they had everything we needed there for a short ski weekend. Shuttle situation is less than ideal when it's snowing but we were prepared for it from all the reviews. All the drivers were very nice and frequency of the shuttles wasn't terrible. Thanks!!

The condo was clean and beautifully kept had all the items needed for cooking and the fireplace was 🌟🌟 I would highly recommend this property to everyone!! Thanks so much for for allowing us the opportunity to stay here.

It was a beautiful and clean condo. The view from the balcony was beautiful . We enjoyed having the fireplace! Kitchen minimally stocked but worked for our short stay. Could have had extra towels , if needed. I thought having to be shuttled up from a parking lot would be a negative but it went very smoothly. Never waited over just a few minutes for it to arrive and everyone was very friendly. Would definitely stay again!

On July 10th we arrived at Sugar Top Mountain looking forward to another wonderful stay. We picked a unit. We spent the day unpacking for our 13 day stay...and food shopping. The next morning we went hiking...we received a call on our cell phone. A representative from Vacasa said...you have 30 minutes to vacate the unit because construction work is going to be done there and you need to be OUT! Exhausted from hiking we climbed up the mountain...( we are 69 and 71 years old)...to start quickly packing up our suitcases...and emptying the fridge of all of the food we had just bought yesterday! We were moved to an otherunit An important question is.....If construction was going to be done why did they have us move into a condo that we would have to move out the next day? We do not have the answer to that.....Nor, did anyone follow up from Vacasa and find out how they might make this up to us....or why this happened or simply a sorry.The only person who talked to and tried to help us was Bobby, but the was not in control of the situation. Unfortunately that is not the end of our story. After putting everything away in our "new" unit....we were quite distressed to find out that not only was the previous unit experiencing construction but ...it was the building itself that was in Construction. The amount of noise was intolerable.....everyday there were workers on scaffolds working on the outside of the building....and on the balcony starting at 8 am and they were visible in our

Building maintenance was being done on the outside of the building during our stay, which started early and was loud, but that was not a reflection on the condo unit itself and is only an issue if you are staying over the next few weeks.

We loved our stay at this condo. The unit is nicely decorated and gives you that cozy cabin feel. Very clean, nice linens other than towels which my husband called “scratchy.” All loved the pool and hot tub conveniently downstairs. Kitchen was well stocked, could use pans and cooking sheets that can go in oven.
Unfortunately the fireplace didn’t work which was important to us. The management responded with suggestions on how to fix but even my Eagle Scout relative could not fix. Better toilet paper would be appreciated.
Overall, highly recommend!

What a perfect spot, comfy beds, well stocked kitchen, everything we needed for 5 days with our good family friends. Awesome amenities (kids loved the pool on site, adults loved the jacuzzi / saunas), easy access to everything fun to do in the area. Will be back!
