The house is 60 feet from the stream! Listening to the stream while laying in bed is most relaxing. The house is well light by sunlight through its many large windows. The sunlight and the sounds of nature make this property a great space to relax and enjoy family and friends.

Overall it was fine for the 2 of us and our dogs. House was clean and it had what we needed.Yard could use some TLC and started to see black ants but those 2 things would not stop me from recommending or rebooking this property.

I chose this property because I wished to kayak nearby and needed a place to store my kayak overnight safely. This place was perfect. There was a (unofficial) loop trail out back through the woods that allowed me some nature study while getting a bit of exercise. The Dan Hole River runs right by the property and was a very nice spot to put my feet in the water on a hot day or just listen to the water.
The indoors was clean and had all the comforts of home. I was very at ease here.
The host, Samantha, was very accommodating. She allowed me early check-in when the weather was looking to alter my plans.
I would definitely stay here again.

Good only suggestion would be to replace the mattress in the master bedroom.
