We are contracted with a pest control company with scheduled treatments; however, we cannot guarantee that any such critters will not be visible in or around the cabin. The presence of any such critters does not entitle the guest to a refund. - Bear warning! Please DO NOT leave food outside of the home and all trash MUST be secured in the bear proof bins.
