The house met all of our expectations. We were in town to run the Army Ten Miler and the location was convenient. Some of the members of our team were excited to find the workout and game room as well as numerous TVs and extras like a coffee machine. Although it was not the season, the pool would have been a great plunge for sore muscles. Overall an outstanding experience.

We had a great stay at this property. Clean, easy to access, and owner was pleasant to work with. The pictures do not do the house justice. We were more than pleased with the house overall. Would recommend to any family or large group.

Very clean and well maintained. Very comfortable for our family with 6 adults and 2 children! The park across the street helped to let the kids burn off a little energy when the pool was a little chilly! Wonderfully located for the funeral at Arlington as well as DC tourist attractions. Would definitely rent again when we are back in the DC area!

My friends and I absolutely loved staying here at this property. The house is beautifully furnished and the kitchen comes well stocked with anything you would need for cooking/dining. There were 5 of us that stayed here and we were all more than comfortable with our accomodations. The game room was definitely a highlight for us since we all love a game of ping pong or pool. Rodrigo (the owner) could not have been a better host. He even checked in with me the morning after our first day just to make sure we had everything we needed. I can't tell you what a comfort is knowing the owner is just a quick email, text, or call away if any issues need to be addressed. If you're in DC/Arlington, you should definitely consider staying at this property. It's just a short hop into DC or downtown Arlington. 5 out of 5 - Would 100% stay here again if I'm visiting DC

This was my first vacation rental experience and it was absolutely amazing. From the online reservation to check, out everything was seamless and perfect. The house was clean and had surprise nooks, crannies and amenities. The hosts were available and responsive. Can’t wait to refer and return for another stay!!!

This property was perfect for our weekend stay in the Arlington area. It was conveniently located between DC and Fairfax where many of our conference events were. The hosts were absolutely amazing as well! They were extremely accommodating and helped make sure we had everything we needed. The communication was great as well and we were able to address any questions with the host in a timely manner. This property far exceeded our expectations and we are very appreciative of the delightful experience the hosts provided.
